I recently had unauthorized charges from my account and now I have restrictions. When I go to remove my old card it says there's a problem with my account. When I go verify my account details it gives the card that was used for the unauthorized transactions and I can't verify anything with that card and when I try to remove it, there's an error saying there's a problem with my account. There's also an investigation still going on in one of the unauthorized transitions that could maybe be the reason why I can't remove it but it was last updated on Feburaray 9th and I already got my money back from my bank.
