I am sorry to hear that this has happened. From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. Please log into your PayPal account using a desktop/laptop, and complete the steps listed in the Resolution Centre to initiate a review of the limitation case. You will be updated via email when the review has been completed.
