I already provided one annual document, PayPal asked for another one, but there is no way to download it because it's written "We’re reviewing your information and will get back to you regarding the status of Ref ID: PP-009-984-399-398 within 5 days" and no another button to browse and attach file. Weird.
Manager doesn't reply, phone calls also useless. I sell for huge amount every year and find this situation terrible.
