My account is limited but nothing appears in the Resolution Center

I created an account for my Shopify online store. I provided an ID (driver's license) and filled all the personal info. 

 

Yet, my account is limited. There is a notification that keeps popping up every time telling me I need to provide more information.

 

I never received any email from Paypal. I sent 4 emails to get help, but no answer. I even linked my bank account successfully. But still have this notification. It's been 10 days since I created my account. 

 

In the Resolution Center, I have nothing, no options to solve any problem. Everything seems fine. 

 

The only thing I can't change is get higher transfer funds. Every time I click on it, it just refresh the page I am on. 

 

Can someone please help me solve this?
