Hello.. I purchased an item from a lady on Facebook via PayPal back in August but after several messages she has now informed me that she thinks she has been a victim of a scam how do I get my money back I have tried opening a case but it only gives me one option and that was for unauthorised but that's not what I need. How do I open a case. The seller suggested I do so.
