My Paypal account has been limited. I can't upload my information for verify.

Hi. My account has been limited very long time.

For solving this issue, I already uploaded my ID card and other bill document according to guide of link from paypal support.

But I am still feeling this account limitation issue.

They tell me that will response in 2 ~ 3 day. But even I waited 1 month.

Please advise me how can I solve this issue.
