I need to add money to the same transaction because I sent the wrong amount When I choose report a problem-billing issues-incorrect transaction amount-enter correct amount After I type the correct amount an error message comes saying “please check correct amount and the numbers are highlighted in red I tried a lot using my laptop and iphone and different browsers and nothing worked How can i fix this?
For me what shows up in PayPal is correct. However what PayPal actually billed me was not. It was an overcharge and they do not seem to know how to track their own billing.
