We received an order that we think was fraud so we refunded and refused the order. Buyer then ordered again . We refunded. Buyer then ordered again . We refunded. Buyer then ordered again . We refunded. . He have emailed him to tell him that we cannot accept his order . Buyer then ordered again. This time we have not refunded as he will just keep re-ordering. What can we do to stop this? Either the buyer is a crazy or is someone out the damage us in some way
