Hi, I purchased an eBay item for £180. It was delivered whilst I was at work and the delivery firm said it was signed for. We never found where the parcel went, none of my neighbours had it when I asked them. The delivery firm everntually sent me an email saying that they had lost my parcel. My dispute has just been decided in favour of the seller. I have no parcel and I’m £180 down because the sellers courier lost my parcel and admitted it. How does that work???

I’ve just looked at the tracking information again and the seller has made a claim against My Hermes, this is ridiculous. He is £360 up now and I’m £180 out of pocket. Can I make a claim in a court against PayPal or the seller?
