Link card

Hi

i have a paypal account. i try to link a card but it doesnt work. i try 2 times. 2 different messages. what can i do. i am not very skilled when it comes to paypal, also english😉 first messages "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later", second "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method".

thanks. the card is visa. i was to bank and everything is ok with the card.

1. The billing address you enter must exactly match the one on your card statement - when i want to link my card i copy the address from the statement word for word

2. A card can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time - i have only one paypal account

3. If you linked your card to your PayPal account but entered the confirmation code incorrectly 5 times, please call us. - I didn't get there because he gave me the declined card message. the card doesnt link so i dont receive a code to complete

it drives me crazy. I don't understand why the card is declined.
