YES, there are several of us out there, and good luck with trying to get PayPal to resolve the issue. In my case, I filed a claim, but the merchant submitted paperwork from UPS showing delivery was made. I contacted UPS by phone and in person, and in both cases, UPS said the delivery was NOT made to my home address. I contacted PayPal again, and they were going to investigate, but I have heard nothing.
