My account is limited and I have funds I need to access asap. I sent the appropriate docs over for verification of address. I've messaged, and tweeted and msgd through Facebook. Can't seem to get a live person. Is there anyway to speak to one? Any way around so I can access funds or do I have to wait.

Same issue with me. It’s been 2 months of being told “I’ll get the backoffice on this” good luck...

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.

If you want to contact for an update then.....


Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
