My account has been limited for literally 2 months. I want to cancel my business application all together, I realized some info was incorrect and I need this issue resolved. I was told by a customer service rep 7-10 business days on nov 3. Here we are 16 days later.. nothing. I work in support and this is honestly horrible. I just want my account unlocked I have friends and family abroad whom I send $ to using PayPal along with numerous bills. Is it possible to cancel a business application all together? I regret ever changing my account... horrible experience

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
