My account has been limited for literally 2 months. I want to cancel my business application all together, I realized some info was incorrect and I need this issue resolved. I was told by a customer service rep 7-10 business days on nov 3— my cases date back to end of sept!!!!! Here we are 16 days later.. nothing. I work in support and this is honestly horrible. I just want my account unlocked I have friends and family abroad whom I send $ to using PayPal along with numerous bills I need to pay using this account. Is it possible to cancel a business application all together? I regret ever changing my account... horrible experience. Please just cancel my business application all together. I need to use this account!!
