Limited access to my account, but with contradicting message of "Unlimited access now"

Hey there,
I can't seem to figure this out myself so please help me out.
I received an email that I need to provide some additional information. I did and after 2 days I received the same message again. I went into the notification part and I have the following message (see Picture below):
I click on Resolve and I receive the bellow message:
But then, going back to HOME, I still find the same Notification with the restrictions. How can I fix this? The Message Centre doesn't work...
