Limited PayPal Account with horrible customer service

Hey all,

My account was limited 2 weeks ago, and I uploaded all the needed documents. It says it will contact be in 3-5 days, but its been over 2 weeks. So I decides to call the customer support and see what is going on. But when I do, they just hang up on me, this happened multiple times. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible. If some mod or staff can see this, I would love to hear your opinion and get help.
