Limitations

I just open a PayPal account and I get a notification that my account is temporarily limited and had to upload a photo ID and confirm my card or bank account I upload the photo ID but I didn't have any card or bank account link to the PayPal account so I cannot confirm neither. Can someone  help me resolve that?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
