Paypal is ridiculous thinking they can hold someone's money for 6 months. I have filed with every government agency there. So PayPal you can kiss my **bleep**.

The 180 days hold is because PayPal allows 180 days for disputes to be filed so they want money to be there to cover any liabilities. You agreed to this when you signed up.

So what PayPal is saying to there customers is here to help file a dispute if someone steals your money but hang on we think your a thief to so were going to permanently shut down your account and freeze your refund...remember money that was stolen from me..because we don't trust you either. Lol. Your worse than the thief. I trusted PayPal to handle my dispute and you turned around and called me a thief and then hide behind your contract. What a joke. Your worse than the thief that stole from me.

Reading not your strong point is it? I can see why you have arrived at this point but this is NOT customer services and no one on here handled your dispute or hid behind a contract, suggest you contact customer services on that one.

Advisors on here can just give you the FACTS of how Paypal works, if you don't like those facts ok but that is not our problem or anything to do with us.
