Limitation

My account is new to PayPal, PayPal asked for photo id proof and proof of fulfillment, i have submitted the pan card and invoice of order, pan card was verified, but i have received a mail that say i have not responded, but actually i have submitted the required information, and still waiting for verification. I don't know why PayPal asked for submit info. But i already submitted the required details. And there is no option is showing for submitting a new info. Please help. I really don't know what to do. Please help.

It seems like your referring about account limitationI understand that your disappointed that your account is on limitation. I'm sorry to hear about that. I realize these are hard times, please be advised our intention is not to make things hard on our customers. There are several reasons why account gets limited, but this is only to make sure your account is protected. If you have already submitted the documents. Our concerned team will review the documents and response back to you via email. If the email you received still ask for more documents. In that case, you can contact us via help center so we can assist you better?  Sounds good?
