Limitation

Paypal community I severely need your help,I have a limitation on my account. It's been 2 months now - I have provided documents twice,PayPal is asking me to confirm a card that is currently deactivated cause my bank sent me a new card. This is beyond aggravating,I have spoke to customer service when I can get through to them and it is no help. I currently have on my funds on hold from items I have sold and can't even touch them. Please help

I had this the same problem too. I hope PayPal can see this. I really need my money specially in this pandemic.

If the old and new card belong (ed) to the same card ACCOUNT then why can't you confirm it as it shouldn't make any difference?
