Legally 18 years old but can't send money and the account is in limited access

Hi! I am legally 18 years old, i cant send money to my friends and my account is in limited access. I tried my best to find alternative solutions but i failed. I can't provide the requirments ask to uplift the limitation because i dont have any of it yet. I hope you can help me, i badly needed your help as i am afraid that i cant withraw my money or send.. It would be entirely a big loss for me.. Thank you so much to those who can help me.

I think the point is where you 18 when you opened your paypal account?

If not then it would be permanently limited regardless of what age you are now.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
