This company is based in china and thus you will have absolutely no recourse when the product you order does not show up. Pay pal was supposed to look after it's clients but as I see now, we are on our own.
I purchased orthopedic sandals on 4/7/2020 it is now 4/28/2020, no delivery. I called my credit card company and told story, they credited my account $38.98! Also filed claim with PayPal but since I contacted my cc co. PayPal sent me message they cannot do anything, I have to work with cc co. Thanks n any case my account will be credited. So no money lost. I will not purchase anything off Facebook again!!
You won't get any help from Paypal. I filed a dispute even listing all the complaints made previously about this Fraudulent Company. I got sorry you ordered from them so this is on you. I am out $38 but a lesson learned. Paypal is for the supplier not the consumer.
I am there with you. I ordered the AUTOMATIC pasta maker and what I got in the mail looks like a manual cookie press (plastic of course) with 4 or 5 press plates. Nothing even close to what was advertised
I received my Automatic pasta maker and its not what i have ordered. Its just a plastic pasta press with attachments. Definitely not worth what i paid for. How do i get my money back or what i originally ordered. I could have brought the same at a Reject Shop and pay $5 Not $28 US.😡😡😡
The product offered was a canopy chair. I bough 6 as gifts and got a Carry bag! I am quite angry! I will be filing something! I cannot afford to casually send money to a Chinese or any other nationality scammer
I didn’t get any damn solution , my dispute was denied , said the company said it showed delivered , but the tracking number they gave me , when I called the postmaster and gave it to them they said it wasent in my name , not a phone case due to the package weighing one pound and said it was delivered to an individual in the town where I live but postmaster said it was delivered to two towns over to the person that it was postmarked for
I've been saying this for many months. I posted a link to the attorney general internet fraud website to get people to file complaints, but they blocked my posts. Inside job? I think so.
