I ordered a battery operated hand saw for small limbs and branches. Today I received a chain for the saw..no saw. How do I dispute this with PayPal

Second go to Resolution Center to pull up the transaction you want to dispute and open a Significantly not as described case.

I got that far, my transaction with this company which was 1/19/21 was not listed
