I never received an item that was bought in April. I contacted the seller and they sent another one in July. I never received that one either.
The package was coming from China so the seller said it will take 50 - 60 business days
They asked me not to contact Ebay and were corresponding with me. They have since stopped all commutation and I wish for a refund. I contacted EBAY and they said the transaction went through Pal Pal as a "guest" and to contact you guys
Can you advise please in relation to a refund and how i go about it please
