I bought an item thru ebay last Dec11 and ETA is dec 19 but I never received it. Buyer protection is only for 30 days so i filed a dispute through paypal today. However, there seems to be an error in paypal claims wherein it says i can escalate if i dont receive the item by dec 18,2020 and that the case will be closed if no action by dec 31,2020. Both dates are long since past so it's kinda confusing. When can i escalate the case actually?
