Very irritated and angry customer, needing feedback

I initiated a payment to send to landlord for 900. Came up as e-check. I hit cancel and not submit button. Instantly went to my homepage. Initiated another one except using my debit. This one I submitted. Their app malfunctioned and took my cancel as a submit and put my bank in the whole over 800 dollars. Filed dispute, agent didn't contact me or anything to ask me any questions or how happened, automatically didn't approve so now I have no money, mind you its been 2 months since I've had any and been waiting months, I have 4 kids but now I have to wait to see if my bank can get disputed. I feel like this is ridiculous because it wouldn't let me cancel or anything and I didn't even get to defend myself due to paypal being at fault. Yet they are telling me its my fault, what do you guys think.
