How do I know if my name change request is sent ?

So I am trying to update my name . I have uploaded the documents for it. But I get no feedback regarding it.  How do I know if the name change request was raised or not?  Where can I call customer care to check if the request is received and if things are in order?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
