I sold a cigarette lighter on eBay for over £200 to a dealer in Glasgow. Sent it first class, next day delivery, signed for. Over five and a half month later got a message from PayPal item not received. The buyer has never contacted me. I no longer have proof of posting item, can't prove it was sent, no record on eBay, Paypal refunded the buyer and debited my account. What can I do?
