I purchased a hammock on March 15, 2020, from Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd but I have not received it yet.

Update - In all fairness to Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., I must report that I received a full refund for the product about which I posted on Oct. 13, 
ON Oct. 13.  I have no idea of what prompted this, but I'm happy to say that they finally made it right.

Go to resolution center and push pay pal to help. I did finally get my full refund of three separate mistakes ordering from this company. Got none of what I ordered...all puzzles

Completely SCAM COMPANY. Said they were " ON VACATION" and that's why it was OVER THREE WEEKS LATER and still no item. AVOID!

I had this EXACT thing happen to me in JULY, I filed a clam in August (after multiple, nonsensical emails from the seller), and received a message last week in the resolution center that I would have to pay return shipping to China!  I just got off the phone with the PayPal Customer Service, and the agent was very helpful and understanding, and immediately gave me a credit on my PayPal account for my purchase amount.  I would highly recommend ANYONE who has been defrauded by this company to call paypal and talk to an agent!  I did have to wait on hold for about 15 minutes, but all-in-all, not a terrible wait time.  I just want to see this horrible company held accountable. [Removed. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!    HOPEFULLY ENOUGH OF US HAVE FUSSED AND FUMED OVER THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY THAT THEY ARE GETTING THE IDEA THEY ARE NOT THE MOST HONORABLE.   NOW IF THEY WOULD JUST ALERT US BEFORE SENDING MONEY TO THEM.     THANKS ALL FOR PURSUING THIS ISSUE.

file a fraud dispute with paypal   go to resolution center and push for refund.

I have been having an ongoing battle now for weeks. I received a puzzle that was completely different to what I ordered, smashed to bits and parts missing. PayPal want me to file a police report for a $20 transaction they want me to waste police time or I won't get my money back. Seems absolutely ridiculous, anyone else been asked to do this? Like I have more time to waste on this when I'm the one who's been scammed.

I pushed for a refund from the company, then filed a report with PayPal and asked for a refund, provided PayPal with all sorts of pictures of the item, what I was supposed to receive, and screenshots of our email correspondence before filing a report with PayPal. The company refunded me within 2 days
