I purchased a hammock on March 15, 2020, from Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd but I have not received it yet.

Agreed.  I'll never use PayPal again.  They call this convenience?? HA!  This has been the MOST inconvenient purchasing process I've ever endured.   After Months of nothing from PayPal, I had to go through my credit card company anyway because PayPal wanted me to ship the wrong garbage products back to China at my own expense.  Paypal has added ZERO value, and has in fact, been a complete waste of time and a complete nuisance.  Look at how many of us on this forum have had the same exact issue (how many people are NOT taking the time to write here too!?) and PayPal has treated us like the garbage products we got (for those of us who actually received something) from this Scam of a company.  They're not listening.

this is what I just got from Pay Pal customer service after I pleaded that management be alerted to this company and fraud   All I can say is to stay on it and keep telling Pay Pal their solution is not satisfactory and that they should look at this community comment section regarding this fraudulent company.  use the word FRAUD   it is a powerful word.......I have received credit in full for my $137+ order.

I'm glad you got your money back, @mabstl!  I've been telling PayPal every chance I got too that this company is a fraud and continues to scam people using their service.  

 

If you look at how many people "Me too"ed the original complaint about Shenzhen Lijuan Trading, it's well over 100 unique users.  These are the people who have taken the time to complain, there are more out there - probably lots more.  Too bad PayPal isn't helping the majority of us, but I'm glad you were persistent and it finally worked out well for you!

Thank you @AnnoyedinRI     I think all just have to bombard resolution center with telling them to investigate this company and protect us the consumer from such an obvious shell game that can only be called blatant FRAUD.    

 

They have made me wary of ordering anything from a FB post.  I have ordered in the past several items such as a Dog pillow for my granddaughter that is absolutely perfect  Better than I could have hoped.   But this company is so not legitimate!@!!!    thank you for your kind words.

I've had a similar issue where I purchased a puzzle and then received a completely different one. I bought the puzzle from https://buffalogame.shop/ website, and when the puzzle hadn't arrived, I emailed their customer service, which then bounced repeatedly. I tried calling them (contact info is for London) and number wasn't valid. Total scam. How do we report them to PayPal so that they can restrict their use of the platform?

You have to go to resolution center and file a claim.   Pay Pal should be ashamed of causing so many of us to lose our money to this fraud. 

 

i tried to put the email address i found for this horrid company but this paypal format wont allow it...go to resolution center on paypal     and let us know if any success.

I finally got a full refund after 2 months of working through the dispute resolution process. I linked to this forum as part of the reason why I was rejecting the “partial refund” offered to me - this company is clearly fraudulent. I ordered 3 puzzles and got a completely different print and quality from what I was expecting. I ordered from outsidret.com which no longer exists, and was able to link my case to a couple of other websites thanks to the comments here. Thanks to everyone else for sharing their experiences, because I think it helped. Good luck to anyone still fighting this company for their money back!

I ordered a product in August and have not received it.  What's even better is that the email from which the 
notification of the purchase came, has apparently been deleted.  This is the kind of thing that screws up online 
purchases for everybody.  This is the 2nd time this year - there will not be a third.
