Go to resolution center and use the word fraud....it is powerful.   file a claim.   Good luck.

I got duped by this fraudulent company, too. I've been dealing with PayPal to get my money back - incredibly frustrating. They are asking me to ship the items back at my own expense (which is more than the amount I paid for them). I'm so frustrated with PayPal. What a disincentive to continue using PayPal as a payment tool!

 

If you can, I'd recommend going through your credit card company first. In the past, my CC companies have been so much easier to work with.

I did too and I bypassed Paypal and my cc is taking care of it. Paypal sure lets us down. Not sure I will use them again. They have had plenty of complaints about this company to mo avail.

Use the word fraud. Go to resolution and demand they protect us. You can also start a dispute with CC company. Persevere

I purchased a jigsaw from this company on 1st Sept. Firstly it didn’t arrive despite several emails sent and no response received either! In Oct I raised the issue with Paypal and I eventually received a jigsaw but was a completely different one to the order! I have unsuccessfully tried to get a full refund as this was of no use to me, when the original order was for a present and it needed to be the one i specifically ordered! They would only give me a refund if i returned the item THEY INCORRECTLY SENT but at my cost, which turned out to be nearly as much as the cost of the order itself! Therefore i have had to write off this amount and have thrown the item away.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAM !!!

Similar story, paid for Quiltshop jigsaw and received US National Parks. Company initially willing to refund US$7, then full refund if I return goods at my expense. Raised dispute with PayPal and after 6 weeks of complaining and constantly using the word ‘fraudulent’ I received a full refund. Keep at them, PayPal needs to stop supporting fraudulent companies.

Same story as everyone else -- bought jigsaw puzzles, was sent two identical entirely different jigsaw puzzles. They want me to ship it back to get the refund, and if Paypal doesn't help out, I'll be disputing it with my credit card company.

 

How has Paypal not shut them down yet?

Same here paid $60usd for 2 different clocks and got 2 of the same style and nothing like the ones in the advert and now they want me to pay return shipping to get my money back but I will still be out of pocket 33%.

 

And Payfail have not been much help.

I have been working with the resolution Center to get my money back. I have sent the puzzles back. PayPal offer a return mail refund to cover up to $45AUD for return postage that you can use twice a year. I lodged the refund request and attached the receipt and they have refunded my postage. Still waiting on refund from the puzzle people, however tracking says the puzzles are still waiting to be processed through China customs.
