I ordered 3 birthday party rainbow dresses back in April 16,2020 and still have not received yet. I understand with the epidemic and all slowing shipments but the seller still has not provided any shipping details. I have emailed who the payment was sent to, with no reply. Ready to just dispute the transaction in hopes to get my money back .
