I paid £37.98 for a backlog pallet from Amazon or ebay. I actually received it small Bluetooth speaker instead to the value of £10 PayPal will Not issue me a refund. They've closed the case in favour of the seller. What can I do about this

I contacted PayPal customer services by phone. I explained what had happened. They opened a new case. As items not as described. They told me it would take 10 days to hear from the supplier. However within 24 hrs they had found in my favour. Refunded my original amount. I'm so pleased. PayPal should be aware. This company is Now all over the Internet as being a Scam
