I have been scammed by a Chinese company who advertised through a uk named company Reed Wilson, for pallet returns from Amazon.

I received a cheap plastic speaker which which didn’t work.

I complained to PayPal, who did not respond. I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN.

Did you open a dispute for item received but not as described?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal tell you to return the item or just deny the claim?

If they told you to return it did you do so trackable?
