I ordered two Christmas trees made out of sea glass. What I received were two 5" Christmas trees made out of clear plastic - something I would expect to see at a dollar store. I opened a dispute, but have not received much cooperation from Pay Pal. They contacted the merchant who offered a partial refund of less than half what I paid. I just want to return the items for a refund.
Do not order items from this company. It is a fraud
PayPal is helping them steal. I no longer use PayPal unless I use it through my American Express credit card who is a company I can trust. PayPal closed my case in the sellers favor but I got a credit from American Express because they agreed I had been scammed by both Longurian and PayPal .
There is page after page of complaints about this company. I don't understand why PayPal continues to do business with them. My issue happened months ago but they're still around. They also have items on Amazon.com under different company names, so beware.
This company sent me a dog chew toy that I wouldn’t give to my dog, for which I paid $45. I was ordering a Waldorf doll set, I thought. PayPal ruled in favor of these scammers and refused to refund me. After reading everyone else’s complaints (5 months ago), I switched primary funding on my PP account to a credit card, so I would have legitimate protection. I may be slow on the draw, but I get it now.
