Same story over and over again! And yet, PayPal continues supporting all kinds of scammers. Never again will I trust PayPal

PayPal is helping them steal. I no longer use PayPal unless I use it through my American Express credit card who is a company I can trust. PayPal closed my case in the sellers favor but I got a credit from American Express because they agreed I had been scammed by both Longurian and PayPal .

That is because they have warehouses in the US full of these crap products. That is why the shipping we pay when we buy is not significant. They ship their crap in bulk so they can sell it in a profitable manner. Of course, if they charge $30 to $50 for something worth $3 they can afford to pay for the storage and bulk shipment fees (probably arrived by sea)

PayPal is supporting these scammers and many other. They profit from the money they steal, therefore they close most cases (like mine) in favor of the scammers.

Take a look at this: https://waldorfdollshop.co.uk/about-waldorf-dolls It is a doll maker artist whose work is being fraudulently used by these scammers to steal money from their victims. These scammers operation would find it very hard to do if it wasn’t for the help they get from PayPal

But the sad thing is that PayPal continues to facilitate these scammers operations and make it very hard and sometimes impossible to get a refund. I will boycot PayPal until they stop helping these companies steal. And it’s not just one or two companies, there are dozens (maybe hundreds) that are operating in a similar way with PayPal’s help. I will send you a link including a large list of scammers that are using one doll maker artist’s Pictures to scam their victims. And these are just the ones that copy her dolls. There are many others.

You were one of the few lucky ones who got a refund. My case ( and many other ) where closed by PayPal on the seller’s favor. This was their response: “The case was closed in the seller's favor as the item wasn’t damaged, different or missing any parts as described by you.” Seriously?!?!?

Maybe the rep You dealt with was awesome , but that would be the exception. From what I see, most of the cases are being closed on the sellers favor. Without even giving the buyer a chance to object. It happened to me and many others. And still PayPal keeps doing business with these companies when they should know they are a complete SCAM! It’s simply unbelievable!

I did that and sent photos and PayPal just closed my case saying that “The case was closed in the seller's favor as the item wasn’t damaged, different or missing any parts as described by you.” Seriously?!?!? PayPal is protecting these scammers! Not us, the victims of fraud!
