I haven’t received my item and my claim was denied

Hi, I ordered a piece of furniture in June last year that was quite pricey through a furniture website which seemed completely legit, I checked trust pilot prior to buying (I’ve since realised the reviews might be fake). Whenever I got in touch they kept saying the product would be with me soon and the delay way due to covid, as it’s a unique product I waited as I really wanted it. I eventually asked for a refund last week which they said they have processed but it’s clear they haven’t, I haven’t had any notification from PayPal. I raised a dispute but I am not protected past 180 days, I have been completely duped by the seller into waiting and now they have a large amount of my money (large to me) and no plans to refund and it doesn’t seem like there’s anything I can do about it. Can anyone help?
