I Sold ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER ITEM ARRAIVED DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT BUYER WANT FULL REFUND I AGRRE  BUT BUYER HAS TO RETURN  DAMAGED ITEM .IM TRYING TO DO IT BUT PAY PAL WONT LET ME TO DO IT I MEAN IM PRESSING BUTTOM RESPONSE TO CASE THEN I HAVE FEW OPTIONS 1 SAYS BUYER HAS TO RETURN ITEM BUT PAY PAL WONT LET ME DO IT AT THE SAME TIME AM RECIVE FEW EMAILS ( PLS RESPOND TO THE CASE OTHERWISE WE CLOSE CASE AS BUYERS FAVOUR IS ANYBODY HERE WHO CAN EXPLANE IT SEEMS TO BE ILLIGAL
