How to talk to a pay pal representative on phone?!

Is there anyway to talk to someone on the phone? I am in a complicated situation. I had unauthorized transactions on my pay pal and they refunded 3 of the 4. I also reported it to my bank because the one that went through caused my bank account to go negative. Now pay pal is taking back all their refunds?!

Impossible, they have made it so that nobody can call them. All previously posted telephone numbers are not accessible.

try their twitter! Also check the time you are calling I try to call early in the morning pacific time.

Need to cancel PayPal, I guess. If you cannot speak to a person you cannot trust the service.  We are not yet fully at the mercy of AI and should resist as long as possible.  Shame on these people. - John
