I had a refund issued to my account months after it was shut down.
It was nearly impossible to get in contact with PayPal, but after I finally did they said to wait 180 days.
Well, over a week ago I had hit that mark. I was expecting an email. After a few days of nothing, I logged in and tried to send the money to my account. They still won't let me even though we're beyond the date it should have been released.
