How to reopen a closed disI filed apute if the shipment still has not be delivered.

I filed a dispute because I did not receive the product.  That dispute was closed because the seller posted a Proof of Delivery from UPS which now appears that UPS cannot verify and cannot find the package. The proof of shipment also stated that it weighed 0.4 lb; when in fact each of the 10 items to be shipped weighed at least 0.4 lbs each.  Something fishy here; but I cannot find a way to contact PayPal or reopen the dispute. 

How do I contact somebody to address this?

I hope all is well.

 

First, please contact the shipping company and kindly obtain something in writing (on a company letterhead or any form of stationary) that will prove that the tracking number is not registered to your actual delivery address as intended. As soon as you have that documentation available, you can file an appeal along with that evidence by contacting Customer Service.

 

To contact them, please click "Help & Contact" or "Contact" near at the bottom of the PayPal pages to see available options for your country to get a hold of Customer Service rep.
