I have had an issue with a transaction since march and I can't find any way to get in contact with an actual human being at paypal. HOW do i get in contact with Paypal? Their email-service is down on their webpage as well. I'm getting really frustrated trying to get help from Paypal for months with no answers from actual people in customer service. Can someone please tell me how i can get in contact with paypal??
