Hi I need help with ebay. You are holding my money because ebay did not close my case. They disobey they own policy which is ''Breach of contract under common law''. Basically the buyer opened the case against me under: ''Item not as described''. I disagree with a buyer but ebay forced me to arrange a return label which I did on 4th of may. However the byer messaged me through ebay messaging system that he will not use my label. He also cancelled the collection service through a Hermes driver. The driver called me on a day he attempted the collection saying that the buyer is refusing to give him a parcel and wishes to cancel that service. Now, according to ebays policy if the buyer fails to use the provided label or fails to sent the time within 10 working days, the case will be automatically closed and funds should be released to a seller. 10 Working days has expired already on 18th of May. More than that, the item was sold over 30 days ago, so again if the buyer has not returned the item, the case should be again closed in my favour. I have contacted ebay at least 10 times already, every time they told me that they are closing the case and my found should be available within 48 hours. However after that time I have no money , I contact them and they keep asking me to arrange another return label... even though I did already and buyer rejected it, and more than that.... they doing this against their own policy which states clearly that buyer has 10 working days. I am running circles with ebay, they close my case in my favour, than the case is not closed and they ask me to send a return label... I am sending and explaining the same things over and over and than they rule in my favour and again... dont close the case. They use excuses to buy more time telling me that my case is with a high value team... They are totally incompetent. I am attaching all the proofs to this email. Please release my funds because I need that money. Also because the case is open paypal locked my account due to potential financial loses... this is ridiculous
