Can anybody help me. I bought the item from a scammer, but still can't get my money back.
I placed an order on May 3 and paid via Paypal. I open refund on the Estimated day of May 13. eBay gives standard 3 days for seller contacting and providing a tracking number. During all time I wrote 8 messages to the seller and ask him to provide me the tracking number, the seller with the nickname "bat-1949" never contact me. May 16, I received a standard message from eBay with a UPS tracking number and information that the goods have been delivered, but I did not receive it. By tracking number Item shipped on May 7th and delivered on May 10th and the tracking number provided me on May 16th. And eBay automatically closed my refund. I check from shipping company sites the parcel with provided tracking number has a different size and weight. So I ask for the shipping company to send me the screen of the parcel with tracking number information. Parallel I open a dispute on PayPal. The shipping company sent a screen with the same tracking number, but a different name and surname of the buyer, delivery address line 2 is different, the weight of the parcel is 2 times more, and has a different description. I provided this information PayPal, they are asking for information from eBay about parcel by tracking number. eBay responded to PayPal that the package with the provided tracking number had already been delivered and PayPal closed my dispute, too. So now the situation is like this, I did not receive the purchased product and I do not know how to get my money back. Can you tell me what I need to do to get my money back?
