How do I remove a limitation from my account? I quote: Because you have continually filed cases that do not align with the intent of the PayPal Purchase Protection Program and are contrary to the terms outlined in our User Agreement, we’ve determined you can no longer use PayPal’s services. We’ve limited your account so you can no longer send or receive funds. Your ability to file PayPal Purchase Protection cases has also been removed. Any existing PayPal Purchase Protection cases you've filed will be denied. It happened because the seller is fake. I tried to contact him but got no answer. Many of the orders have an estimated delivery of more than 3 months (90 days), which I can not open the disputes on eBay and they disappear from the list and when I want to open a case it tells me that the order is still in transit.

Hello @silvana2505,

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to know that your account is limited. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email. If you have any questions, I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team through the contact options available on our website.

I hope this helps!
Ayesha
