Hi,
I opened a dispute(not a claim) a couple of days ago, and the seller sent me an offer that he will send me a refund after he receives the returned item. But how do I give PayPal a return tracking number? And it's weird that seller added an irrelevant tracking number after I filed the dispute. So now my transaction has two tracking number. I just afraid that seller would do this kind of thing to scam me. What should I do in this case?
Thanks!!!
