How do I close my account if my PayPal account is permanently limited?

Can someone help because I received a message from PayPal that I can’t use PayPal anymore and I tried messaging or calling them but they’re not responding pls help.

If its permanently limited then sadly paypal no longer want your business.

They limit it to stop you closing it, this is so you can't remove any linked financial info or re-use an email address to open another paypal account against their rules.

So does this mean my permanently limited account will stay open for ever? Or will Paypal still close it at some point?
