This has been a miserable experience.
Communication is practically non existent as to how long the removal of limitation takes
Here I am another 7 days into it still asking the same question............ The fact that there was a limitation at all was by the suggestion of an assistant telling me to state that There may have been fraudulant use of my account. All I wanted to do was stop payment on an accidental purchase + Expedited shipping.............. Here I am still waiting............ Does anyone know what can be done... I have changed password, sent my drivers license, replaced the offending credit card with a new one................. and all parties in the dispute have been contacted... YET. HERE I WAIT.
