Help getting in touch with live person

I cannot get in touch with live person to get my account up and running upon waiting for verification of information.  Any way to get in touch with PayPal?  I am surprised that this large company doing online business would not have anyone to be able to help a customer.  All of the online help was not helpful for me and I need a live person.

I am trying to speak with a live agent this morning as well and they are not answering the phone. In fact, the recorded message says the center is not taking calls now because of Covid. I am with you.... I can't believe a company this size does not have people answering the calls. It's awful

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

This is the most insane thing I've ever experienced and it should be illegal that paypal doesn't have to provide live agents when there is significant fraud going on.  I can't believe this.  I'm about to be out $1100!

Your right... this is totally insane! I am so mad and upset and will never be able to trust Paypal again. I was clearly scammed and they are siding with the seller. I am so sorry about your situation. What happened?

I paid fruadulent seller with my Paypal account using credit card.  My credit card company cancelled the card and Paypal locked my account.  I am in the process of reactivating account and now I cannot reach a human.  I am not sure anyone is working at Paypal.

I will try.  I sent note to the CEO in the blog.  I am not sure that is what you meant, but I am hopeful that employees are reading it.
