Any help at all. The messenger and phone number both disconnect me saying can't help with my issue. Submitted a dispute on June 16 on a purchase made May 9. Did not receive items and it is pending. Today July 20 I received a package with the tracking number for 2 fishing reels. I recieved 3 cheap face masks instead of the $101.90 reels I ordered. Can not contact PayPal by any means.
